Most filling and economical food option in NYC. While every other food place is a rip off, I found this to be soul satisfying and did not burn my pockets.

I went twice today and there was a Spanish speaking girl on the cashier, with really bad attitude, she even threw me the guac I order. I understand the weather was bad today but it doesn’t justify her attitude. I mentioned I went twice and she was there both times, the second time being even more rude. I honestly expect at least regular behavior not throwing the thing I just pay for.

My friend and I were in chipotle last Friday at 4:20 and we were so excited because she has never been in chipotle before and she has been influenced by my content so it was very exciting for me,too. After we were done with our foods we threw out the garbage and we were ready to leave. But my friend wanted to use restroom. I went up to the staff/clerk and asked for the bathroom code/pin and she said it’s in your receipt. I asked politely again and explained the situation but she insisted that we need to buy something to use their bathroom. We understand that she might doubt and offered to show Apple Pay and pictures ( because we stayed there for an hour) but she didn’t even listen and kept saying we have to buy something. I wanted to see the manager and she went like she is the manager. If a manager handles this situation like this idk what will be the rest.
So we left and I called the customer service but they haven’t responded/reached out yet.
And this is my second issue with chipotle. The staff assume that as a customer we know all the rules and how the things work in chipotle but you need to know that you are a location in midtown and you’ll have tons of tourists everyday. I believe It is not the best way to serve your customers.
I’ll make another video soon about how racist the chipotle staff in this specific location so maybe the costumers who are from other nationalities may practice their accent to get better service.

UPDATE: I returned after my initial review below and was impressed with the service and changes. There was a long line, but the staff was very quick and professional dealing with the customers + quality of food was great. Great job, think they really do listen to feedback provided.
INITIAL: In my life, I have consumed over 1,000 Chipotle burritos. So I have seen my fair share of Chipotle restaurants across this beautiful nation of ours. As such, based on my awe inspiring sample set, I can confidently say... this is the worst Chipotle I have been to (unfortunately multiple times) for the following reasons:
1. They are always out of something, last time I went, they had no chicken...
2. Their protein whether its the chicken or the steak, always has an off, rubbery taste to it
3. The staff is consistently yelling at each other in Spanish, to the point where one has to repeat and also yell their order back to them multiple times
Unfortunately, their location is somewhat convenient, and therefore I will begrudgingly visit this place again at some point in the future. With that, I hope my review, will inspire them to improve.
