- AAAJJan 30, 20261.0RUDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!!!!!!!! I had a very frustrating experience at this Chipotle on Broadway. I asked a simple question about whether pork and beef were the same price, but the staff seemed confused and I couldn’t get a clear answer. The male manager responded, “If you want extra meat, we will charge you,” which wasn’t what I was asking. To avoid further confusion, I just ordered chicken. Things became more awkward when I asked for sour cream on the side and it was placed directly on my bowl instead. I also paid $2.70 extra for guacamole, but the portion was extremely small and mostly stuck to the top of the foil rather than in the bowl. When I went back up to them to asked for a fuller scoop since I was paying extra, the female employee with the black hair & glasses appeared annoyed and began speaking in Spanish to her pregnant coworker while looking at me as if I didn’t understand her speaking badly about me in Spanish. which made the interaction feel uncomfortable. Overall, the customer service was poor and the food was COLD & overly salty. I left disappointed and would NEVERRRRR return to this location.

- JBJonathan BaptistDec 13, 20251.0really awful that they don't have a bathroom for customers... when the receipts have a bathroom code on them!!! they must have JUST closed it. absolutely diabolical. staff also acted like they were shocked when i asked for alternate bathroom options - and i saw a different staff member treat another customer the same way. as if that's a strange or unexpected question. (and, if my theory is correct and they only recently closed their public bathrooms .... that explains why the staff were so thrown off to be asked) staff made me go next door, where i had to make a purchase to be able to use the other place's bathroom. infuriating. you can even tell that the store removed three seats so they fall under the "20 seat minimum" threshold NYC requires restaurants to have customer bathrooms at. i will never go here again, and hope this location closes. abysmal.
