This location skimps strongly on portions, they measure out aggressively and you get a pathetic bowl. I guess the CEO isn’t scared of their declining sales enough.

really awful that they don't have a bathroom for customers... when the receipts have a bathroom code on them!!! they must have JUST closed it. absolutely diabolical.
staff also acted like they were shocked when i asked for alternate bathroom options - and i saw a different staff member treat another customer the same way. as if that's a strange or unexpected question. (and, if my theory is correct and they only recently closed their public bathrooms .... that explains why the staff were so thrown off to be asked)
staff made me go next door, where i had to make a purchase to be able to use the other place's bathroom. infuriating.
you can even tell that the store removed three seats so they fall under the "20 seat minimum" threshold NYC requires restaurants to have customer bathrooms at.
i will never go here again, and hope this location closes. abysmal.

Sloppily threw a small spoonful of each thing into a bowl, making a gigantic mess out of a laughably small amount of food. Careless. Uncomfortably erotic music. Never coming back.
