    It's Chipotle. I get it. Minimum wage pay means minimum investment. But after getting my order wrong again, it's the company itself that's the problem. The only way to communicate is through the app with an AI bot. There's no interest in connecting with customers and making things right when mistakes occur. And those mistakes occur too often. It's NYC, we have many other choices.

    I was given an excuse that they're only doing online orders.So i'm leaving one star a review because they made me wait a long time for no reason when they could just place my order.

    There’s a lot of reviews saying the same but this location has the worst cook everything is so over salted. Clearly management hasn’t said anything because it’s still the same weeks later. This chipotle is closest to my house so it’s incredibly frustrating that corporate responds to comments but doesn’t actually do anything.
