However, it’s very upsetting to spend over $21 each time for mediocre service and old food. I ordered a rice bowl with avocado and queso. Since I work about a 10 minute walk away, I went during my lunch break. With limited time to eat, it’s frustrating to spend 20+ minutes walking there, waiting in line, ordering, and walking back, only to find hair in my food and rotten, hard avocado. When I returned to express my concerns, the staff acted as if this was nothing new and were condescending about my frustration. I handed the food back, and instead of offering an apology, they simply refunded my money without saying a word. Needless to say, I will not be supporting Chipotle anymore. The staff at this location are very rude, and it’s disappointing because it’s the customers who keep them in business.
