- LPLatchmie PersaudJan 24, 20261.0Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Portions are consistently skimpy and the customer service is poor. On my most recent visit, my bowl was noticeably underfilled. When I asked for a little more rice the employee looked at me like I had personally offended her and was clearly irritated by the request. She barely added more.The same thing happened with the chicken. I was told, “Ma’am, this is the portion.” What made this especially uncomfortable was the obvious discrepancy between my bowl and the bowl of a man directly behind me, whose bowl was completely full while mine was barely halfway filled. To confirm I wasn’t mistaken, I asked him, “Do you notice the discrepancy between our portions?” and he responded, “Yes, I noticed.” Based on this experience, it felt like portions were being intentionally limited for some customers and not others. That inconsistency, combined with the dismissive attitude, is unacceptable.
