    I used to come here all the time, but the staff here have become rude, lazy, and clearly don’t care. They know I use a scooter, yet half the time the side door is locked, and I can’t get through the revolving door. Every time I ask for help, they give me some ridiculous excuse—“the manager took the keys,” “the door’s broken,” “it’s too cold outside,” or whatever else they can come up with. It’s completely unacceptable and shows how little they actually care about their customers. God forbid a person with a wheelchair try to go here good luck to that person.
