I own their baseball cap, all their pins, and have tried most of their cookies. The staff across all the locations I've visited (Greenwich, Bleecker, UES, 7th Ave, 1st Ave, Rockefeller) have been wonderful and helpful. I've truly never had a bad experience in their locations. Favorite cookie of all time has gotta be the smores!
