I went in to grab my usual s’mores cookie and was pleasantly surprised to see a fun holiday cookie called “Cotton Headed Ninny Muggins” such a cute and creative name! With the holiday music playing in the store, the whole place felt so festive and welcoming. Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly, especially Alanna. She was super helpful, took the time to chat with me, and even let me try a cookie from their test break. She explained how they test cookies daily to make sure they’re baked properly, which I thought was such a nice detail. Her coworker was also very kind. Between the amazing cookies and the great customer service, I couldn’t not leave a review. I’ll definitely be back again soon! Love you guys best cookie shop in the upper east side!!

She even returned one of my daughter's missing belongings and didn't accept a tip after doing so. Such a nice experience and person! Oh- the cookies were extremely fresh and yummy also!
