This location claims to open at 10:30 AM. I got here at 11:40 and they told me they’re not open yet. And they were kind of rude about it, not apologetic at all. I’m not coming back here

Went around 8oclock. I’m thinking because the cava is in this area that we are going to get spectacular service and food. I suggested Cava to a friend who’s never had it and this being the first impression was underwhelming. We were literally getting scraps. I’ve never been to a Cava where they weren’t overly generous with the food portions. I literally got one baby scoop of rice and minimal chicken. My pita chips are not soft like they usually are. They’re hard and filled with oil. cashier ended up switching me and a friend’s bowl, even though we paid separately. Very dissatisfied.

Horrible Customer service, almost every girl in this establishment has an attitude. Name tags should be added to uniforms so proper reports can be made to management. They will make you wait 15 minutes for a mobile order instead of accommodating you while you’re in the store. Would not allow me to get on the line and pick up my order because my order said it would be ready in 15 minutes…a kids meal at that. not sure what difference standing on the line like everyone else for an order i already placed and paid for made??? horrible, she then proceeded to start talking trash to her co worker right in front me. Just Unnecessary behavior and has happened multiple times!
