not to glaze too hard, but i travel all the way from queens just to get cava. the spring street team was so kind and welcoming, especially the manager who let me try different items before i picked my choice of meat. please open a cava in queens, specifically one this nice!!

Unfortunately, I'm returning at this location, bute to demand a refund. Not to dine-in or take out. I even called it, asking my server if he was tired or something bothering him. He didn't even speak to me, nor looked up to give eye contact. Then decides to DROWN my entire meal with condiments before I could even scream out "that's enough what are u doin?!" Sure enough i get home. And this meal is inedible. He put so much sauce on it that my bag was dripping all the way up to elevator back to my apt. My advice is this. Don't have disgruntled, overworked attendants interface with customers. Just don't. Every customer, including me, is just as important as the next or 1st for the day. We as customers can't endure your fatigue because it's the end of the day. It's the end of OUR DAY TOO! And we're exhausted from this insane attitude we have to deal with. And I honestly thought twice about causing a scene, but just decided not to. It's not the 1st time I've experienced this sort of thing at this very location, but it's been a longtime (maybe 4-5yrs). But 1 is one too much. Read this and please make sure I'm not coming in there making a scene in front of customers? I'm coming for my refund, no questions and no delays please. Yes, I have my receipt. Thx.

This place was severely understaffed. It totally tainted my love for the franchise.
Ordered at around 6pm and waited 20 mins before heading over, but still waited 15 mins to get the food. Usually, they have kitchen in the back taking care of mobile orders, but here, the staff working the counter also works on the mobile orders. Meaning, they were forever prioritizing the walking-in customers. So the people who ordered ahead just stood there, waiting for a staff to come over who was too busy serving the walk-ins...
Also, so much stuffs were running out, even though it's suppose to close at 10pm. I got a bowl of sad sad food, with dressing I don't like, and barely any vegetable. Mushy rice filled half of it. Not to mention, the place was dirty, unattended. People were piling their garbages on the table because no one cleaned the cans. The tables were all dirty as well...
I really took the Exchange Place location for granted.
