  Cava sounds great and food looks and tastes great but service was worst and the person who served me has too much attitude and anger issues; I really dn’t know what was his problem or what’s going on with him at his job; I think they call him Chris… This guy was mad throughout the whole time and was very rude and pissed me off by the way he was talking with all that unnecessary attitude… If you dn’t like your job you can quit; dn’t show your anger to customers that only come in to buy food and enjoy cava… I won’t be returning to Cava after such worst experience and service by this dude; they call him Chris… Worst service ever at this location…

  My lunch was from Cava today and the person who made my entire experience and my lunch so extraordinary and so lovely was Iffa; she was into it like digging into her job; she know how to move the line; how to make customers happy and extremely great customer service… Iffa never stopped working for a second; she was moving with the pace; this location needs more people like Iffa that understands customers needs very very well and she is really fast with her work; like damn… By the time I just ordered my food; she was already done with my order and 4 other people’s orders; Iffa is beyond if great; great great customer service damn so expert at her job overall… Coming back to get more service from Iffa…

  I came to Cava in the morning after they open; I was greeted very very warmly by a girl named Iffa; she was a unbelievably sweet and he customer service is beyond great ; I eat a lot from outside and I have never received such gorgeous customer service and such a refreshing welcome to any restaurant but only at Cava and by Iffa… Will definitely be coming back to get more gorgeous customer services from Iffa…

  I always come to Cava during the holidays because I leave outside of United States; my go to girl Iffa always always makes my experience so beautiful just like herself… It’s been 4years that I have started coming to Cava and to this location; and honestly Iffa is such beautiful employee over there…. She always knows what to do and how to handle each and every guest out there. She be doing multitasking; taking customers; working in the line; taking care of the online orders; being extremely patient and understanding and polite and always very soft spoken; she be cooking the whole spot knows exactly what to do and how to do her job with excellence… Iffa is the reason I keep coming to cava every year during holidays… Shout out to Iffa…

  I have gotten take out from here 5+ times. I have waited more than 10 minutes past the expected pick up time every time. I have gone for lunch, early dinner, and late dinner. Doesn’t matter what time, how crowded, or how many workers they have. They are NEVER on time. The workers are never helpful and are always just walking around looking clueless. The food is fine but the service is actually so horrendous. Whoever is the manager should actually be fired since they apparently cannot run a staff.
