  Stopped in while on duty as a firefighter and Lilly was awesome. Super friendly, great energy, and made sure everything was perfect. Really appreciate the great service — definitely made my day better

  I recently had the pleasure of eating at CAVA, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Every ingredient tastes high quality, and the combinations of flavors are just perfect. You can really tell they put care into every dish they serve. What made the experience even better was the staff and Manager. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to explain the menu and made sure everything was just right. It’s not only great food, but also great service that makes you want to come back again. If you enjoy good food, CAVA is definitely a place you should try. Between the delicious food and the outstanding team, it’s truly a fantastic dining experience.

  Food is good but they need a better system for pickup orders, while I was waiting for mine I heard the staff tell three separate people that their orders had been prepared and then taken by someone else 😅🥲😭

  The Cava at 350 Hudson street is everything you want from a fast casual restaurant. I come here about once a week but after my experience yesterday, 2/13/26, I felt like I had to leave a review to highlight this store. The staff are always happy to serve you and answer questions. The food always looks so good! I love Cava but I have been to other stores where the food looks a little dried out, at 350 Hudson no matter what time I come in the food is fresh and hot. Another thing I wanted to note was that I was having trouble accessing my Cava app to get my points but instead of feeling rushed someone came over from the back to help and I was able to get free chips with my points 🥳🥳 These guys are great!! Thank you all at 350 Hudson ❤️
