    I come in every week and even when it’s really busy they move pretty fast! Special shoutout to Jasmine, she is always there and really is the best, great service and even better attitude!

    I am a loyal customer at this location. The customer service is amazing, they listen and care for their customers. Jasmine, Brandon and Adrian worked flawlessly on my meal and always had a positive attitude when I came into the store.

    I go to this Cava often, where I'm greeted by an amazing cashier who got on the short line right before the lunch rush. After ordering food, I forgot to get a drink and almost walked out of the store. Go back to the cashier, and an employee named Diamond said hello to me. I said hello. I told her I forgot the drink. Diamond said the next time you will have to go to the back of the line and not skip! Lol, she almost got the best of me, but I said I just got food and forgot a drink. I showed her the bag in my hand. She repeated with her attitude. The cashier understood, but the gag is that the person behind me was still ordering toppings for his meal. Literally, Diamond is unruly and didn't listen to the facts. Again, the cashier was great. Diamond needs better customer service training.
