  Milanis looks like she has a bad day and she’s taking it out on customers. I love cava I’ve been eating here for years and she just made my hate this store. I asked for extras and said I’ll pay for it if I need to and she simply ignored my requests as if she’s paying out her pocket. I am in the franchise industry myself and one thing we learn is if a customer leaves unsatisfied from the customers service even if the food is good that’s all down the drain. Find employees that actually want to work and are not forced to work.

  Horrible first time experience at this location. I understand they are new but you didn’t take enough time to teach customer service. This is a prime time location for corporate america so for 1 thing they are extremely slow. Go into the store and theres people waiting all over the store. They have 2 people on the line and 6 in the back, makes no sense. I asked for a chicken shawarma bowl. They tried go charge me extra for avocado. I said it’s included in the ingredients and I showed her the menu on my phone and the price. She kept saying no it’s extra and I said ok I’ll just order on my phone. So I ordered on my phone and i didn’t have to pay extra. What a waste of time. Will not be back.

  Customer service is a 10/10 I was in the store today and the cashier her name was Chrismely she was very sweet and kind and always have something nice to say every time she sees me. She also convinced me to use the rewards apps. I feel extremely welcomed at the store it’s my new go to lunch spot. Keep up the good work!!

  Had an amazing experience in this Cava, food was okay and so was the toppings, atmosphere was pretty chill nothing else to add. What really surprised was their customer service , great customer service, a solid 10/10, they manage to maintain composure even when they are under stress, and show an amazing teamwork.

  I came order and asked for pita. I was told that I could not have my pita warmed because they already cleaned the machine. It was 930pm. They close at 10pm. Staff was very rude and dismissive. I didn’t even continue with my order. Also because the counter tops where the food was was also very dirty. Did not look appetizing *update a few minutes later* My husband went back because they forgot to give him his pita, and all of a sudden the machine was back on. I’m sure they heard me when I said I am making a review.
