  Obsessed with CAVA at Columbus Circle 💕✨ Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful — the harissa honey chicken and crazy feta were chef’s kiss. The line moved fast, the staff was sweet, and my bowl was packed and super satisfying without feeling heavy. Perfect spot for a quick, healthy, and actually delicious meal. Definitely one of my go-to lunch stops now 💅🥗

  This place is the most annoying place I’ve ever ordered food from. No one speaks English and they expect you to wait 30 mins to make your order. I’ve gone at different time and it is the same each time. Even the manager barely speaks English. They don’t know what you are saying they mess your order up and get annoyed with YOU.

  food was amazing and fresh! managed to score a table even though it was packed! YARIS was super attentive while serving us, and very proactive trying to get the service flow going as it was really busy, all with a sweet smile 👍🏻

  The two ladies this evening. One working online ordering and one at the cash register was great. Friday at 7:20pm. She was busy and I could see she was moving. But followed all proper steps, got a new sauce spatula and even made sure to make the food correctly. I didn’t get your name but you rock and I hope this review gets you highlighted. As someone who worked for Sweetgreen and in Restaraunts it was refreshing to see people who care. This was a great hire and I hope Cava highlights you as a great employee.

  Luis was truly amazing. Above and beyond what you get nowadays in customer service. Working in the hospital and becoming extremely busy, my order did not go through properly. I called the location and they were kind enough to make my dinner for me and wait for me to arrive. Truly saved by night. Shocked by their kindness and willingness to do something they didn’t have to do! Their kind act will get me through my shift. He should truly be in leadership and show all employees in various stores, even outside of cava - should treat people. You never know how far one act of kindness goes <3 - thank you to luis and the rest of the cava Columbia circle team!
