She didn’t notice it at first and almost swallowed it while chewing! The irony is that I work in the Health Department, and this is a serious physical hazard. It clearly shows that they don’t follow proper safety procedures. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer to comp the dish or make things right. The audacity! Be cautious if you decide to eat here. We will definitely never return.
