The wings were ready in less than 5 minutes, they were extremely dry inside and obviously not fresh. If you order a dry rub they sprinkle excessive powdered spice like a dorito and it does not taste good. Was a waste of $13 for 6 half wings.

For this to be a new location I was extremely surprised and disappointed. The wings were hard as rocks and dry which indicated they were old! I love BWW but that was unacceptable and embarrassing to there establishment. I gave the service a 2 only because of the time it took to serve me inedible food. I ordered in the evening while there was still a consistent flow of customers meaning the fryers were still hot and product was moving so I’m confused how this even happened. I really hope they do better.

I came back in today to order food and just mentioned it to the cashier. He told the manager Hailey who warmly apologized and leave me complimentary orders to replace what I did not get. Kudos to Kyle the cashier for listening and to the whole Buffalo Wild Wings team for giving me outstanding service with smiles.
