Just wow! If you are looking for a good smash burger here is your place! Burger was huge, tasty, and so filling I couldn’t even finish it. Instead of fries, I wanted to try their Caesar salad and my goodness I’m glad I did. I have tried lots of Caesar salads but this one was REALLY good. I had nothing less than a great experience here and will for sure be back to try something else! If you are in the financial district stop by this location!

A chain (the worst thing I'll say). Great new server yesterday from Rhode Island (Feb 20) introduced us to Manhattan Moonshine in the afternoon. We came back after our show (staying at Marriott Downtown) decided on a $20 Hamburger not expecting much....typical high priced NYC....but we were SO WRONG! Best Hamburger we've had in ages.
Partner got the Keto Keto My Heart bunless, beef patties, shaved ham, brisket, bacon, vermont white cheddar, avocado, caramelized onions, red onions, chipotle aioli, fried egg, ltp
I got The Rock 9oz triple decker, brisket, vermont white cheddar, onion rings, bacon, caramelized onion, ltp, rock sauce (OMG the brisket!)
Highly recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable service. From the moment we sat down, the facial expressions alone made it clear we were not welcome. Eye-rolling, visible irritation, and a dismissive attitude — all because we politely asked for five extra minutes before placing our order.
The waiting time felt intentional. Staff repeatedly looked in our direction, made eye contact, and deliberately ignored us. It was obvious. There’s a difference between being busy and being purposely inattentive — this was the latter.
What’s most shocking is the expectation of a generous tip after delivering hostile, unprofessional, and discourteous service. Gratuity reflects service — and there was nothing about this experience that earned one.
For a place located in such a prime, vibrant city environment, the standard of hospitality was embarrassingly low. Customers deserve respect, not attitude.
Do better.
Thanks!

I’ve been staying at the Marriott for the past two weeks and ate at Bill’s daily during my first week because of its convenient location. Last weekend, I went for breakfast as usual and decided to try the steak meal. The steak looked unusual and had a very unpleasant taste.
I informed my waiter, who then brought the manager over. I calmly explained the issue and asked if I could simply be refunded for the steak while still paying for the rest of the meal. Unfortunately, the manager was rude during the interaction and commented that I waited until after finishing my sides to report the problem. I explained that I finished the sides while they were still hot and fresh and that my waiter was unavailable at the time.
Although he agreed to refund the steak, the final total on the ticket was nearly the same as if the steak had been included, which was confusing. When I later asked for his name, he questioned why I needed it and seemed reluctant to provide it. He eventually stated that his name was Bill and that he was the kitchen manager on duty that morning.
I shared that I had been dining there every day and felt I deserved better customer service. While he acknowledged that he knew I was a regular, his demeanor remained dismissive and he made no effort to resolve the situation in a way that made me feel valued as a customer. Since that experience, I have chosen to order food through DoorDash and dine at local restaurants instead.
