The employee/owner of this franchise was very very accommodative to my family. Patient with us when the girls wanted to try flavors. Empathetic when one of them threw a tantrum of the century. I had to get a scoop of my fav cherry garcia. The lady wasn't as friendly when we asked her for another spoon. But then again, that was our 3rd time asking ;)
