- DMDeiona MonroeDec 22, 20251.0Been to this location several times and today ultimately proved my assumptions about these Dunkin employees being racist. I came in asking for a $50 gift card, which they have displayed right at the register. The cashier went to ask for her manager’s approval and came back to tell me they can’t allow me to purchase a gift card. When I asked for an explanation, she just kept shaking her head and saying “no”. Seeing how other times visiting, the workers always seemed uncomfortable or watching me from the corner of their eyes, to now being denied a simple gift card purchase as a Christmas present, as a Black person and woman, I’d find another Dunkin.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
