- GMGabby MAug 17, 20251.0I am not one to write reviews but feel the oversight of reading orders incorrectly is very dangerous. This is my second time ordering with doordash with them and both orders were completely wrong. Todays order they sent a completely different flavor with a completely different sauce. Are allergies all of a sudden not important? If you don't have a flavor, either 86 it on the delivery app or reach out to the customer for their replacement choice. Emphasis on THEIR choice. To management, I strongly urge you to go over with the staff proper procedures on how to fill orders and what to do when items are out of stock. Most importantly, don't just send any flavor as a replacement. Additionally, ALLERGIES. We order what we do because we are paying for it and know we can eat it!!

How ridiculous is that? Close this place down. It happens repeatedly. Either don’t offer any ice cream or figure out a way to offer what you have. Ordered chocolate and got some pink fruit flavor. How insanely ridiculous is that? I hope management sees this because this needs to be held accountable. Don’t care if it’s “just” ice cream or that I ordered it online. I pay good money for what I order and expect it in turn.

I walked in and immediately I was treated with nasty attitude and bad customer service they decided right away that they didn't like me. I asked for my flavor and went to the cash register to use my free single scoop of ice cream. The QR code did not work so instead of telling me to try and do it online on the app, the cashier said "I'm taking this back, I'm not letting you get it". The manager said "we don't take rewards at this store". I then went and found out I could order online from this store 3600 through the app to use my rewards which means the store DOES do rewards at this location. The app would only let me have pick up in 30min or more so i chose 30min. After ordering my reward online, I was told to wait the whole 30min to pick up the SINGLE SCOOP that was already packed up... when I stayed to wait I took pictures and videos and started typing this. Once they realized I was waiting and reporting their store they let me have my ice cream within 15min. This is not the first time I have had a bad encounter with this store. There is a stench of racism at this store. I didn't know if that was the case until today when the cashier snatched the ice cream away from me.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
