From the moment I walked in, the service was lacking. I was not greeted, and one staff member in particular was notably unfriendly. When I asked if they had any strawberries, she responded with a dismissive, "You don't see any strawberries there?" I had to point out that I did not, at which point another employee quickly retrieved some from the back. This second employee was helpful, but the older first woman's attitude was unpleasant and unnecessary. Furthermore, the store's cleanliness did not meet the standard I've come to expect from this chain. The dining area and serving stations were not as clean as they should be. For a product that is a premium treat, both in price and deliciousness, the experience should be accompanied by pleasantries and welcoming customer service. I truly hope the manager reads these reviews. I know 16 Handles is a great brand with delicious frozen yogurt, but that excellence needs to be matched by the service and environment in every store. This location has significant room for improvement.
