I live further uptown and purposefully walk an extra 10 min because the service is top notch, the people ask me how I am doing, the food is fresh, the coffee tastes correct & the muffins are MOIST! I truly can’t say enough amazing things! Love this team & they are kind to my ESA dog. Thank you for being my favorite Manhattan Dunkie!
- ARAna RoseMar 20, 20261.0I’ve been a loyal costumer since I moved here and unfortunately I had to ask one of the male working to wear gloves and to please cover his mouth because he was coughing on other peoples food. He refused to wear a mask and wear gloves before servicing me. The other male that’s always in that location was also telling me that he doesn’t have to wear gloves and it’s NOT required. I politely asked him over and over to wear gloves and a mask. He refused. He kept coughing all over the food and serving other costumers that same food he coughed on. I understand being understaffed but I don’t understand why they choose to be unhygienic. There’s no reason you should be touching money and then food with your bare hands. I have never had a problem with anybody there until that day. It was very frustrating and disgusting to have to point that out and both male workers still refused to have to wear gloves or a mask. I definitely DO NOT recommend going there at all. He could have easily put on some gloves and wear a mask but refusing to is very disgusting.
