I asked the employee not to add ice to my drink because I was planning to drink it when I break my fast in about 40 minutes. Instead of accommodating the request, he told me that I would have to pay extra if I didn’t want ice, which didn’t make sense and felt unnecessary. On top of that, while making my drink, he was barely adding any of the strawberry dragonfruit mixture to the refresher. The interaction was unpleasant and unhelpful, and the drink itself was not prepared correctly. I expect better customer service and consistency from this location.
