  I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ on Friday. I ordered a decaf coffee, but the ordering process was very difficult because the cashier, Kotun, did not seem to understand English well, which made it hard to communicate the order. What concerned me more was what happened after. I saw my cup taken to an area behind the counter where customers can’t really see what’s going on, and it looked like regular coffee was mixed with hot water and then given to me as “decaf.” That’s not acceptable, especially for people who specifically order decaf for health or caffeine reasons. I hope management looks into this situation and improves staff training and transparency in how drinks are prepared.

  Their rude , they don’t care how they make your coffee and when you speak up on how they made your coffee wrong they get mad don’t want to deal with you . Specially the manager

  I come every day and these two girls are very disrespectful she snatches the money out my hand when I asked for a 6$ meal deal she proceeded to say $6.53 and snatched the money out my hand , she proceeds to spit in my food and act like I didn’t see her & hand me straight black coffee. This is a everytime thing when I see these ladies they’re very disrespectful and treat other people very unwell.
