  The man (kamal) at the counter is so rude. I ordered a coffee and the timing was a bit messed up and I kept apologizing to him about it.. he then was making fun of me even tho i kept apologizing.. and he was looking around to make others laugh at me too (gladly no one joined) and then when he asked for my order then was so weirdly enraged cause he didn’t understand it that he tossed the cup near the ice machine and told the other girl something in a different language and she was freaked out too and came to me and apologized and i was apologizing to her but like so rude and unprofessional. If you dont know how to make it then stick to ordering but dont act like that. A grown up throwing a fit and trying to make fun of me. So childish. Ew. The other girl quickly made what i wanted and as i was apologizing she kept saying “its okay” like i must have apologized 30 ish times but seriously the way he was tryna make fun of me.. embarrassing. Dont work if you’re gonna act like that..

  I went into this establishment to order a large milkshake. I was told that the ice cream I requested in my milkshake would break the milkshake mixer. Why have ice cream and milkshakes on the menu if you refuse to serve it because it will “break the machine”

  the staff are the sweetest and the fastest and always get the order right and make the coffee the best i love this branch so much

  Workers at this location are extremely incompetent. Normally the delivery rider is responsible for safe delivery of the order but this is the third time for delivery that 4-5 drinks have been shoved into a singular bag along with bagel bites and multiple sandwiches and snacks. You can literally see the coffee overflowed inside the bag. The receipt on the side of the bags lets you know how large the order is. 4 large drinks and 4 sandwiches/snacks. The previous 2 times my sandwiches were squished but there wasn’t too much coffee spilled and still edible so I let it slide, but this is ridiculous, everything is drowned. The entire order arrived drenched inside the bag, if you see the live photo you can see the coffee sloshing around inside. Workers seem to not know how to count, and also have never played tetris. The cup holders provided are made for 2 drinks and MAYBE a small snack in the center, not for an entire order for a small family. Maybe some retraining is needed on how to prepare deliveries or something. Actual children could package things with more common sense than this
