- BBBrittMar 30, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my latest experience at this Dunkin location. At 12:18 PM, I stopped by and ordered 2 wake up wraps and 1 hash brown for $10.20. There is no inside seating at this location, so I took my items to a near by building roughly 10ish minutes away. When I finally had a chance to look in the bag, I was missing a wake up wrap. Since I wasn't too far, I decided to at least eat the items that I did have, work on some assignments, and then go back to the location to solve the minor issue..which I assumed would be easily rectified. However, when I got to the store (roughly an hour later), I was met with immediate hostility from the staff who accused me of lying about the missing item. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed that I would be accused of lying about receiving a $3 item...? While they did provide me with the missing wake up wrap, my appetite was already curbed by how negatively I was treated by the two staff members. Unfortunately, I will never support this Dunkin location again.
