This was a very disappointing experience. I visited the store on a Sunday morning and immediately noticed that only one employee was working and the store itself was not clean. Shortly after, another employee came up from what appeared to be a basement, barefoot, and began arguing with the other staff member in front of customers.
I waited about 10 minutes without being acknowledged before deciding to leave. As I walked out, an employee who had not even spoken to me made a rude remark.
I contacted Dunkin’ and even offered to provide video evidence of the situation, including the employee being barefoot in the store. The response I received was simply that they would “look into it,” with no follow-up or accountability.
Overall, I am highly disappointed with both the store and the lack of response from corporate and the franchise.

The African Girl working there need to be fired ASAP. THE WORST Costumer service ever. I walked in she looks at, me than proceeded to be on Snapchat directly in front of me and just ignoring me while I try to place my order. HORRIBLE attitude. First time in my life that I had to leave a store. I will be contacting the corporate as well. Its a shame cause I really like Dunkin and that location is my go to spot.

The two girls were so sweet and made my drink correctly and even made sure i liked it before i left. Thank you for being so nice especially because this area has a lot of crazy and rude people you encounter.

This location needs lots of training on, how to use their POS and how to interact with customers, the and staff that process food including manager are nice, but the cashier staff is poorly trained, they do not know how to interact properly and respectfully with customers,
cashiers overcharge for their products and upon requesting for correction, cashiers get upset, and I am posting this after same incident happened to me for about 5 times,
as a customer I would not appreciate that, cashiers should know the right prices and how to behave in a kind professional manner. I don’t have to carry an old receipt or to open my app all the times to get the right prices.
Hope this gets to the management and your staff does not get into any trouble but gets some education on this instead.
