- ANAmber NoralesMar 8, 20261.0I came to this location 3/8/26 around 1:30 pm and not only is the location not the cleanest, they tried to argue with me about how to order an iced coffee that I’ve been getting the past 3 days. Told them what I wanted and he didn’t listen to me, tried to tell me I was wrong, and when I showed him how the drink is made ON THE APP(banana crème iced coffee) he still didn’t listen. The drink he made was gross and I do NOT recommend coming to this location at ALL.

We ordered and they didn’t get our orders right and I had to keep saying “I ordered this etc” and they were so disrespectful about it when they just kept getting the orders incorrect. Also it’s such a gross area and no one wears gloves or washes their hands

After waiting about five minutes, I noticed that other customers were receiving their food and drinks before me. When I asked about my order, I was told it was coming out soon, but it never did. In total, I waited 20 minutes and still did not receive my order. I ordered ahead specifically so I could make it to work on time, but due to the delay, I was going to be late. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to leave without my order. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate this being addressed.
