There have been multiple cases where I ordered a large latte and received a large cup only filled halfway. They tried telling me because the milk is steamed and that’s it’s been sitting out but I’m always a block and a half away when I order it. The short lady at the register is very dismissive. I had to repeat my order twice and she still got my order wrong. I ordered a caramel craze which includes many things but instead was handed a latte with caramel swirl. After telling the guy that I ordered a caramel craze he simply added whip cream and handed it back to me. I do not recommend this place if you want your coffee made right. i recommend the Dunkin just a block away on 9th avenue. But if you only want quick coffee and don’t care about quality this is the place to go.
