They asked me to enter my code 2 times. the next day, I was charged 2 times $14.54. I came back one week later and I show them my bank statement and my receipt. They asked my phone number. They never call me back. I never get a refund. The owner owns multiple DD. So disrespectful. DD, never again. I can post a screenshot of my bank statement and a copy of my receipt if you want proofs. After almost 3 months, still no refund. One months ago, he promised me to refund me after the customer service of the brand contacted him. He is ignoring me,
