Litteraly the worst dunkin donut i have ever been to. I have been to many other locations and have always ordered a cup of just hot water at $1 plus tax. This location charged me $3.79 for just a cup of hot water. I kindly told him that I didn’t need a coffee or tea, just hot water. He told me that’s how much i have to pay. I requested to speak to a manager and he yelled at me. I asked for his name and he pulled up his phone and started recording me, adding i am always coming to cause them issues. I am shocked because I have never had a problem with any worker at Dunkin. In fact, they always asked me if my company is hiring beacuse they are looking for jobs. I am not one to leave a bad review, but the way i was treated was out of line. They are unprofessional and rude here. To management, this location’s level of service doesn’t reflect dunkin’s good image.

The staff at this Dunkin is rude and unprofessional ! Beware I believe these workers are pocketing Uber Eats pick up orders! Here’s why- I ordered on Uber Eats for pick up. When I arrived I was told the order was cancelled. Ok fine no problem however on my end it shows it isn’t . I requested proof to send to Uber Eats( the workers claimed it wasn’t necessary) and for 15 minutes they refused . After finally getting the receipt I sent a message to uber. Long story short I DID IN FACT NEED SAID RECEIPT. If it wasn’t for the proof they said I would not be able to get refunded because on their end it shows the order went through. Imagine how many people left without getting their receipts and couldn’t be refunded . Shame on you!
