  This Dunkin’ is a mess. I literally get the same coffee every time, and they still find a way to mess it up. I even ordered in person and clearly asked for two butter pecan shots nothing crazy. Whatever they gave me was ridiculously sweet, like pure sugar, so it went straight in the trash. Then I noticed brown sugar on the receipt too… like why?? They clearly mixed stuff I didn’t ask for. Just awful!

  The customer services were very rude. I ordered sig latte but it tasted like any other coffee no caramel and all Really disappointing.

  Watered down terrible coffee. Came in from the cold for a cup Dunkin. Took the first sip and almost spit it out. I was sure I was making it up and tried to power through a couple more sips. No, this was terrible coffee, and it did not have that distinct Dunkin taste I’ve drank some Dunkin in my day. Know what it’s supposed to taste like. I went up to the counter to see if perhaps it was an old batch or they had inadvertently messed it up this batch. Guy swore it was fresh and even right away gave me a replacement. I truly did WANT it to be better, I did, but it was the same terrible coffee like the first cup. Was watered down for certain, and I’d put money on the fact it was also a cheaper blend of coffee that you shouldn’t call coffee. I poured it out actually. My advice: if you’re looking for coffee don’t waste your money. Dunkin corporate needs to do some serious QC on this joint.
