- LHLeaf Happy4 days ago1.0This place is absolutely disgusting. I’m honestly shocked by what I just witnessed. I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich — something that should take 2 minutes. My coffee came right away, but what was happening in the kitchen was a complete disaster. One of the workers dropped a label on the floor, touched the FLOOR with her gloves, and then continued making sandwiches — touching the cheese and food with the SAME dirty gloves. No change, no hygiene, nothing. It was beyond unacceptable. I had to say something. They threw everything away and put on new gloves. Fine. Then the next sandwich came out BURNT. They apologized and said they would remake it. Then they made it WRONG — with pastrami instead of what I ordered. At that point, it wasn’t just a mistake — it was a complete mess. This place is filthy. Not just messy — FILTHY. The level of hygiene is shocking and honestly concerning. I will NEVER come back. Stay away if you care about cleanliness and basic food safety.

They remembered me almost instantly and always seem warm, even when they're busy. Seeing their interactions with other customers, it's clear others feel the same way. And how lucky I am they're the closest to home! Great donuts, though I wish they would bring back the last meal deal ($6 for breakfast sandwich, coffee, hashbrowns) as wraps just aren't it at all. Getting a morning meal deal before working out was perhaps my most favorite thing to start the day (RIP, please bring back the old meal deal)

But, such a huge network, and this beautiful chap works here alone!! and in the kitchen and at the drinks, I felt very sorry for him. Please have at least two people at work!
