    They never get my order right. They don’t listen.My order is not complicated at all. It is understandable that they are busy but it has been 3 times. I am gonna stop going next time if this happens again.

    I would give them minus five star if I can. I only go there coz they’re next to my work. Customer service is horrible. Once they almost spilled hot coffee on me. One guy stay there just to make some money. Why would you work if you don’t like working there?!? See the picture. I ordered medium iced cappuccino and more than half of the cup is filled with foam. Really? Did I pay $5 to get a small cappuccino in a medium cup?!? Worst Dunkin I ever been. They really need to train these employees or get new people. This is unacceptable in a place like downtown Manhattan.
