  My hand was groped and they denied my refund!!! Yesterday, March 16, 2026 around 8pm, the dark skin mid aged Indian man groped my hand as he was giving me my change. Mind y’all there were two police officers right behind me. I simply ordered 2 chocolate donuts with sprinkles and everytime I go and the mid aged Indian guy is always flirting with me mind yall I barely go but everytime I do he makes it his business and I do not like it at all and I’ve made myself clear! So I ordered my donuts and as he goes to give me back my change he did a sexual gesture the one he grabbed my hand and put the money in. It was so uncomfortable I yelled at him and snatched my money. So now as I’m waiting for my donuts I changed my mind cause now I’m really mad and I spit and smack him but there’s cops right behind me so instead I simply asked for my money back and his coworker (light skinned) Indian told me “no money back, no refunds) Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t give refunds since when? All of the sudden they didn’t know English and just had me standing there looking stupid so I’m guessing the predatory man the groped my hand knew that if I didn’t get my $3.98 cents back there was going to be a bigger issue! I turned to the cops and asked what do I do about this matter only for them to repeat that Dunkin doesn’t give refunds! I didn’t beat the life and tear that store up cause the two cops in that mug but I promise you he going to do it to the right one! I’m letting everyone know about this matter and to be careful with this predator ssa creep and suggest go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts! I’m talking about the two Indian men that work here. One is dark, short and slow lookin and the other is slim light-skinned Indian and both look kid age and have horrible English accents!

  Last night I was here it saying 24/24 but the guy told me that it’s close today I come back at the same place again the same guy told me that the system is down I don’t know what is going on here

  Pésimo servicio, pagamos por un café caro de temporada, nos dieron un café frío solo sin sabor sin nada, cuando pedimos por lo que nosotros pagamos se negaron rotundamente a dárnoslo. Enseñándoles nosotros la imagen de lo que pedimos. Simplemente no quieren atender bien. Creo que les vendría mejor serrar su negocio si no quieren atender bien a quien les da de comer.
