  It may just be how the pizzas come now, but I found it very under done, soggy, cheese not fully melted, overly sauced, and tasted quite bad. I can usually stomach bad food and hate complaining or sending stuff back. I attempted to call the store several times and it took me 45 minutes to get a hold of someone. I could’ve just drove back right away, but I didn’t want to drive for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do. Also should have given up as none of this was worth it I. The slightest. Admittedly I should have also been more direct and said I only wanted a refund instead of telling them I will be coming back for a new one or a refund. What can I say, I was flustered with the situation. I took everything back with the receipt. The bread side was not good, possibly under done, but likely nothing wrong. Did not touch the dessert because I wanted a full refund. I was very upset with the product and the wait time. I came in and they informed me my new pizza was in the oven. I apologized and said I didn’t want to be trouble, but at this point I really need a full refund and to return my entire order. I told them it took me 45 minutes to contact them and my order is now 1 hour old. $24: 1 pizza, 1 bread, 1 dessert. I was told because there technically was nothing wrong with my other two items I could get only the pizza remade or only the pizza refunded. They recommended for pan and thicker pizzas to order them well done because they cook all pizzas at the same temperature and amount of time. I understand that is the store policy, but after waiting an additional hour and performing another round trip drive, my only 2 options were: 1. Have a fresh pizza and old sides or 2. Just keep my 2 old sides and get $9.50 back. I don’t think the employees did anything wrong, but I am leaving this review in hopes of Domino’s changing their policies to better serve customers and produce a better product. Yeah in hindsight I should’ve driven back right away as it’s under 10 minutes away and been more firm about the other item also not being good, but these dastardly brain zaps from coming off anti-depressants are really messing with me. Picture doesn’t really do it justice, but I eat bad buffet pizza and could only do 1 bite of this.

  The food is great but their in person customer service is HORRENDOUS HORRIBLE EVERY SINGLE TIME! If I could give them a zero or a minus score I would!
