  I had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s in Times Square! From the moment I walked in, the energy was great, but what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional service from Tyler. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—super attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about our experience. Tyler made navigating the games and ordering so easy, and his positive attitude truly elevated the whole visit. It’s rare to come across someone who delivers that level of customer service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be assisted by Tyler again. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fun and top-tier service!

  Came by for dinner by myself. I was in town during my birthday and thought I’d treat myself. Host suggested I sit at the bar since there was only one other group there. Sat down for about 25 minutes and got ignored by the bartender. Literally watched him clean up old cups and plates from a previous customer. Then watched him check his phone, punch in things on the till, which where was it coming from he took zero order during that time. Then we checked up on the other group and finally, after 20 minutes asked if I wanted anything, I just asked for a menu since I didn’t know what was available still. He then got me a menu and went back to cleaning up around the bar for another 5+ minutes. He finally came back and checked up on me when he saw me standing up and collecting my things. I know I’m one person and this will probably mean nothing to management. But I’m a guy with friends and family that aren’t here to celebrate a birthday with me and I was hoping to just get a nice meal. And I did end up getting that, just not at Dave & Busters.

  Went on 4/11, our server name was Michael. This guy is the best server you can ask for. Very professional,always ask if you need anything. Very polite and always has a smile on his face. He’s a very kind guy and made our day so much better!!

  We had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s in 42nd Street, Times Square! I brought a group of students, and from the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, quick, and efficient in getting us settled. The manager was outstanding—constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were taken care of. Even with multiple school groups visiting at the same time, they handled everything in a very organized, professional, and timely manner. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this location for school trips or even just a fun day out. We’ll definitely be back!

  We just had our son's birthday party at Dave & Buster's. From start to finish, everything went super well. Nica was our coordinator, and was very helpful in getting everything set up and accommodating last minute changes. Eric, the manager on site that greeted us, was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating, and really made us feel welcome. I appreciated his presence. Lady (sp) who helped us run the party, was very nice and helpful as well. The kids had a great time playing all the games, and the pancake party option was very well received. We ordered supplemental food items for the adults, which were quite tasty. And the sheet cake ordered through D&B was pretty good as well - and though we were allowed to bring our own (which is pretty rare for a restaurant to allow, and very welcome), we went with the convenience of ordering through D&B and were glad that we did. The party came with unlimited soft drinks, and totally lived up to that. It would be nice if they had a few more of the unlimited blue video games for people to play, but they did have a pretty good selection (just more would be better!). Excellent party all around. Would highly recommend, based on our experience.
