  i’m usually not a fan of posting negative reviews but MY GOD this place is awful!! i do mobile orders most of the time and every time i come in to get my food it’s never made (and when i do get it, it’s cold!). the employees act like you’ve just killed their dog when you ask them politely for your order, and for some reason they are extremely slow to make your food (despite not being busy at all. i once waited 10+ minutes past my scheduled order pickup time while the employees did nothing behind the counter, and it was extremely slow. i’m not sure how any of these people managed to be hired because of the attitude problem, but management needs to look into this place and do something about them. coming from a food service worker, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!

  The food is good and the people operating the line and register are friendly and good. However today I go to chipotle and the cooker is arguing with what seems to be the manager. He says gang related stuff and seems to not want to do his job. Clearly being hostile to the other people working. Honestly it was not cool seeing that and the management should fire him.

  I never review things, so that’s how you know it was bad. The team was so unprofessional it was actually shocking. I waited 30 minutes for my preorder to be completed which was bad enough, but when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. They had downgraded the size of my guac to a small side, though I had paid for the large and they expected me to not notice. The boy at the register totally ignored me when I went to ask about the guac, even though he had seen me standing in wait for my order for the past half hour. He thought it would better suit him to walk past me to the customers that had just gotten in line maybe two minutes prior, even though my situation would’ve been quicker to solve than taking totally new orders. I felt I had priority in this situation because of the extensive wait time, so I walked to the side of the counter to directly call to the back and ask for my guac since I was being blatantly ignored by the boy at the front. I saw the same worker eating behind the counter, I saw them allowing a woman with a large dog to continually put its filthy paws on the counter and get long hair everywhere including the air and I saw one of the employees digging in their back under their shirt then proceed to touch things. I was then spoken to in a hostile manner by who I assume was the manager of the shift, telling me to not get behind the counter (I wasn’t behind the counter at all). He saw I had an issue and chose to ignore it, so I had to resolve it myself. Just terrible staff, horribly unequipped to work in customer service, and I say this as someone who’s worked in customer service for a decade. When I got home, the sides were haphazardly thrown in the container and completely soaked my quesadilla. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle restaurant by a mile, and it’s not even close.

  staff can be rude, been here multiple times every time they fail to serve hot or even warm food. overall poor experience

  Genuinely the worst place I have ever been to. I tried to give it so many chances too. Food: Found hair in my bowl multiple times. Service: They’re always giving attitude, arguing with another customer, and loudly talking about them. I personally didn’t argue with them but they’re always disrespecting a customer. Place: The tables and floors are full of trash. Even if you somehow find a clean table to sit at, you’ll feel disgust. This place seriously needs A LOTTT of improvement (which other reviews are clearly saying) but it seems like they just don’t care.
