  I had a positive experience at this location in the past, but my visit on Friday, March 27 at 9:30 PM was incredibly disappointing. The entire staff was rude, but the person serving was particularly unprofessional. They treated every customer with a terrible attitude, rushing people through the line, preparing the orders in a careless way, and even overcharging me. To make matters worse, I realized on my walk home that my bag was soaked in bean juice because the lid hadn’t been closed properly (see photo). Now my coat smells like beans!

  Went there at 9:40pm, they didn't want to take my order. Terrible attitude and overall customer service (this is considering l am aware l don't go to Chipotle for good service as there's rarely a good one)

  I ate chipotle on Wednesday night and I was violently ill with food poisoning until this morning. I will never be eating here again.

  As someone that goes to this chipotle a lot, the employees have no idea what they’re doing in terms of what they’re charging people. They’re constantly overcharging customers and if you don’t ask for a breakdown, you would never even know that you’re being overcharged. I ordered a chicken bowl today with a side of tortilla which is usually around 13$ always. Today im getting rung up over it and it’s coming out as 16$. I asked why it’s 16$, the employee says oh 3$ for guac. I ask why am I being charged for guac when I didn’t even get it?? The employee that made my bowl told the employee that was ringing me up that I got guac which is false information. The employee that was ringing me up went as far as even reopening my bowl to check if there is any guac on it. Spoiler alert: there wasn’t any. The charge was taken off but if I had not said anything I would’ve been charged 3$ for nothing?? That’s literally a scam. No apology or anything from both employees just a “here ya go” after he put my bowl in the bag. Moral of the story: please ask for a price breakdown because this chipotle is actively overcharging people and think that people won’t notice.
