The service was bad from the moment I walked in even though there was no one ahead of me, the staff took their time and basically ignored me while I stood there ready to order. No acknowledgment, no “I’ll be right with you,” just watching them move around and put on gloves one by one like I wasn’t even there. Checkout wasn’t any better. The cashier had a serious attitude while I was trying to pay, like I was bothering her by ordering food. And to make it worse, I found a piece of plastic in my food. That’s not just gross, it’s a safety issue. Between the rude service and the plastic in my meal, this was easily one of the worst Chipotle visits I’ve had. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d strongly suggest management takes a hard look at both food handling and customer service.
