- UEUn-Used EmailMar 24, 20261.0One of male managers, heavy set weight slightly below average male height, at this place has a power struggle & weird issues. He was passive & controlling, over food that’s not coming out his paycheck, but he was acting like it. I got a burrito & noticed that it was insanely small I mean okay so I asked if this manager who happened to be the only person available if he could remake it a decent size. For the amount the burrito had it could be considered a kids meal just put together. He was weird, arrogant, and pushy. He escalated it too and I was like..Dude I just want a refund & he tried to convince me to let him make me another burrito of the small minuscule size. So I repeated myself and that was that. Beware of this man. I like this location it’s decent he’s just odd. An odd individual.

There were about 2 dozen people swarming a small window patiently waiting with no indication of when they can grab their food and leave. I would avoid ordering for pickup.

I ordered a 1pm pick up and when I arrived there was literally 20 ppl ahead of me waiting for their pick up orders.My estimated time for my pick would have been 30 mins later than what I requested on the app. The staff was overwhelmed and unapologetic. There’s no order in this place at all. People were waiting without any direction from chipotle. When you asked the person at the register their reply was simply contact pepper on the app. The worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment. And to top it off I had to pay twice!! For food I could not enjoy. Something needs to be done here ASAP
