  Unbelievable customer service and professionalism from all the staff every time i visit, I go out of my way to come to this chipotle specifically even if there is one closer to To me on the way. Every member of the staff is a pleasure to speak with, especially the young lady with green hair both in the metaphorical sense and in the literal sense she is a standout amongst food service professionals and I hope leadership takes notice of her innate talent

  I usually have a positive experience with Chipotle, which is why I wanted to share some feedback about this location. I’ve visited twice now, and both times the food was noticeably bland and under-seasoned compared to other Chipotle locations. The ingredients also didn’t seem as fresh or well-balanced as I’m used to. Service could also use some attention. During my visits, the cashier was not very friendly and came across as disengaged, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming. Since this has happened more than once, it seems like there may be a broader consistency issue at this location. I’m sharing this in the hope that management can take a closer look—whether that’s around food preparation, seasoning, or staff engagement—because the brand typically delivers a much better experience. I’d definitely be willing to give this location another try if improvements are made.

  I had a reliable experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The ingredients were fresh, and everything came together nicely in a flavorful, well-balanced bowl. Portions were generous, and the line moved quickly. It’s a convenient spot when you want something fast, filling, and consistently good.

  genuinely the worst chipotle in the area i recommend walking to the one new york plaza for a better chipotle bowl with better servings and better employees The lady with the black hair serving the food is so rude and makes sure to pack the food fast so no one gets time to ask for more since she provides one scoop proportions at least make it fill the bowl and not to mention she also will hand you no bag if you order a chipotle bowl to go also finger in the cup?? when you buy a cup the employees have their fingers in the cup it is also true that they are really unmotivated
