Soda fountain is always either out of ice or half of the possible drink options. Dirtiest location, not comfortable at all to sit and eat. Every time I stop by here I discover a new issue that even a halfway competent management team would fix.

They were also out of steak, and didn’t have enough servings to give me double chicken. Last two times I ordered a double chicken bowl for pick up, and they forgot the double chicken BOTH times. The closest available pick up order times are almost always 25-60min in advance, whilst ordering in store takes less than 5 minutes. (And no, they won’t let you cancel your order and remake it for you at the regular counter.)
