  Worst location ever the black girl with the girly hair during night shift has a NASTY attitude. All because they were ready to leave and it was 9pm. I almost walked out. She definitely needs more training or find a new job

  Avoid this location. I had enoughhhh I come here frequently and the workers will SKIMP your bowl. Today she was giving me my order after having to ask for more rice in a vegetable bowl… she slid it over to me in the most aggressive way. Insane behavior at chipotle will be going to the canal st location

  Absolutely vile. I ordered a burrito, not a side of industrial waste. I pulled a long strip of plastic out of my mouth mid-bite which I was CHEWING ON AND CHOKED, something that easily could have choked me. That’s not a “small mistake,” that’s a complete failure of basic food safety. It’s honestly alarming that this made it through prep, assembly, and wrapping without anyone noticing. If this is the level of care going into the food, I’m genuinely concerned about what else is being ignored behind the counter. This wasn’t just disappointing, it was unsafe. Do better.
