Ridiculous and unacceptable for a restaurant to have this bad of service and quality. Why are there so many bad reviews??? Well let me reiterate they consistently state they won’t make fresh steak, etc even though it’s hours before close. Very unprofessional. How is the manager and staff still there with this many complaints? Seems it’s time to contact corporate because providing feedback via the link doesn’t result in changes. Classic case of people in leadership ruining a franchise’s reputation.
- DDD DMar 22, 20261.0This might be the worst Chipotle I've been to. On a regular basis they are out of ingredients. Today, I went 1.5 hours before close and they were out of brown rice, steak, regular chicken, lettuce and medium salsa. Additionally, the corn and pico de gallo did not have the typical ingredients (e.g. red onion, cilantro, etc. ) it was only corn and tomatoes. I get wanting to minimize waste, but being out of so many items an hour and a half before closing is unacceptable.

If so many essentials are unavailable, it doesn’t make sense to charge full price. This happens frequently, and it’s really disappointing.
