  rude and cheap w the portions barely on put a scoop of rice and don’t let me get started on the meat, that older lady acting like im taking from her meals. the workers started trying to clean but she is literally sweeping our feet making us move and stuff, she had a attitude like we were not paying customers. just horrible

  Very disappointed with this Chipotle location. I went there as a paying customer and was told the restroom is only for employees. That is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are dining inside and paying full price. On top of that, the staff spoke very rudely and had a bad attitude when I asked politely. Instead of helping, they just brushed it off and didn’t care at all. Customer service here is honestly one of the worst I’ve experienced. If you’re coming here expecting basic customer respect or even simple facilities like a restroom, don’t expect much. Definitely not coming back to this location.

  Salle très sale aussi bien les tables que le sol... Je ne parle pas de la serveuse qui est très désagréable... C'est affreux.... Le meilleur c'est qu'ils répondent automatiquement à un avis désastreux et que le lien qu'ils envoient est faux ;) même là ils sont nuls. INCORYABLE....

  Nunca más vuelvo a esta sucursal, malísima atención, nos pelearon hasta el último momento. Nos revoleaban la comida. No tienen idea de lo que es picante, y cuando les preguntabas q tenía picante te habablan mal y de mala cara. La de la caja nos puteaba constantemente. Pasamos un muy mal momento.

  When I ordered online in the early afternoon a sofritas bowl with extra white rice, extra pico de gallo, salsa verde, and light lettuce. My bowl was only half full. I could still the bottom of the bowl on one side. I got only a normal portion of rice and pico when I asked for extra for both. I would’ve been happy had they at least given me extra white rice. I don’t know if it was because it was a different person who made my bowl. The last time I was here, I ordered online a chicken al pastor bowl here at night and the portion was decent. At least it filled the whole bowl and I actually got extra rice and pico like I had asked. The cashiers here are at least nice. But the food portions are insanely small, so I won’t be coming back. I’m going to the location on East 8th street next time.
