- RERaymond Estevez6 days ago1.0Used to be my go to chipotle, however in the past two months. The service has gone done everyone seems to be extremely annoyed even if it is slow. The real reason I used to love to come here was because they were the last chipotle everyone knew how to roll a burrito. Now they can’t even get that correct like one of the main purposes of this is place is to make burritos. How do you mess up the simple curl and fold now I get my burritos and half of the ingredients are on the foil. Honestly just save your money and go elsewhere

Soda fountain is broken. Person making burrito nearly put three incorrect items in my bowl, one of them 3x in a row. Glass window in front of me has dried food bits stuck to it from who knows how long ago… for a $14 bowl.

- CHclay holtMar 20, 20261.0The best way I can describe this location is that it’s like walking into a DMV, except the workers here are even more miserable and upset that you’ve chosen to be in their presence. Place is filthy and always out of ingredients. Hope you don’t like protein, because they will give you about four chunks of chicken with a disgusted frown on their face. Guac? Here’s your teaspoon, that will be $4.50. This isn’t meant to be hyperbolic… I have never seen such a mismanaged restaurant in all of nyc. RIP the glory days of Chipotle, it’s really sad :/
