  My chicken asada wrap was pretty good. The bowl my buddy got looked like such a small portion for the price paid.

  There is a new chipotle lime sauce, but nowhere visible does it say that it’s a dollar extra until you check out the sign that is 5’ x 5’ hanging from the ceiling does not say it’s extra and when I asked why they charged me more in the end they made a rude statement about looking down on the glass that hangs around where my belt is for a tiny sign that says a dollar extra that is completely out of view. The main sign says nothing about more charge so you don’t know until after. They also often skimp on the food, barely filling a full scoop And there’s never enough forks left half the time there’s soda sitting in the fork bowl

  I usually visit during my lunch break to grab something quick, and I’ve generally had positive experiences. However, today I felt compelled to write a review regarding one of the cashier’s behavior. I went in to use a free guacamole coupon and was having some difficulty pulling up the QR code on my phone. To avoid holding up the line, I stepped to the side to allow other customers to finish paying. The cashier, Anna, initially asked me to move aside for one customer, which I understood. However, before I had a chance to complete my transaction, she proceeded to ring up three or four additional customers. When I mentioned that I had been there before the others she had helped, and that I was simply trying to finish redeeming my reward, she accused me of having an attitude and stated that she could “see it in my eyes.” I found this comment extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I repeatedly explained that I did not have an issue and was just trying to figure out how to redeem my reward so I could pay and leave. Eventually, another employee stepped in and easily helped me access the QR code. When I thanked the employee and calmly explained that I simply did not appreciate being accused of having an attitude when I was only trying to complete my purchase, Anna attempted to reinsert herself into the conversation and continue arguing. The other employee had to ask her to calm down to prevent the situation from escalating further. I typically let minor issues slide, but this interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers should not be accused or confronted in this manner when they are simply trying to complete a transaction.

  Solid chipotle spot! Always on time with the mobile orders. Definitely recommend for a quick meal!
