  Arrived at the store at 11:06am this morning and was told there were no cookies available for the next 20 minutes. My friend and I were confused because, usually in the service industry, an opener should have their prep work completed before business hours. We stood there debating what to do. At 11:09am we decided on the small packaged cookies then watched a fresh tray of cookies get rolled out as we went to purchase a poorly packaged product (a cookie fell out of the plastic bag). What an interesting first and last experience at Chip City.

  Come in here just to take a whiff of that fresh baked cookies aroma! With a rotating weekly menu and weekend specials, there's always something I feel I NEED to get. The cookie croissants are amaaaazing. The cookies are on the thicker side and are always baked well, with soft centers but not overly gooey. The biscoff cookie is my personal favorite and is one of their more regular flavor in rotation. The staff at this location is very nice. The space is small, it's a grab and go, no seating. If you download the app, they have BOGO sometimes!
