Even simple requests took an unreasonable amount of time, and there was no acknowledgment or effort to move things along. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inattentive, which was frustrating and disappointing. They wasn’t even able to provide me a bag for my drinks.

I cant get fresh food here even when I specifically ask for it. Nobody wants to pay 20 plus dollars for food that has been sitting around for several hours. I no longer visit this location & its sad that I have to limit myself to only eating Chic fil a when im downtown

Then you get to the register and you’re like “i could go for ice cream as well” and they tell you at the register that you can’t add the ice cream unless you go back in the long line and place a new order. Ive never heard of a policy this egregious. This policy does not align with the “my pleasure” slogan. But also if you do have this policy in place, put the sign somewhere visible before the register. I could see this pissing people off as it did for myself.
