  I finally tried Cava last night and became very disappointed. There was not a lot of vegetables with the rice. Rice was burnt. The dressing tasted like it was artificial. Will never eat that food again. Overgreens has better quality food.

  Team members are very inconsistent ranging from fantastic to completely apathetic (and without understanding how to make a Greek salad).

  I am deeply disappointed and not intending to single out Cava specifically. Tonight, I made a significant effort to dine at their establishment. I drove all the way to the city, as indicated by my GPS, which estimated my arrival time at 9:55 PM. The restaurant’s operating hours are 10 PM, and I was aware that I was approaching the closing time. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a chance. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I parked my car and approached the door at 9:59 PM. To my dismay, I found the establishment in a state of disarray and closed. I expressed my frustration to the staff, explaining that I had driven all the way and it was still less than 10 PM. I inquired about the possibility of purchasing any food or beverages, but they remained unmoved and ignored my pleas. Only one employee, a Spanish-speaking individual, approached me and apologized to the manager, whom he had sought permission from. However, the manager simply looked at me and rolled her eyes. While I understand that employees may be fatigued and have had long working hours, I believe that many customers who visit establishments that advertise their hours of operation should expect those hours to be respected. I intend to contact corporate headquarters about this matter, as I believe that I have wasted my fuel during a period of high gas prices. Additionally, I feel that the manager should have been more accommodating and informed me that the restaurant was closed. While the food was prepared and the decorum was maintained, I am deeply disappointed that I was not treated with the respect and customer service that I deserved.

  Have had nothing but great experiences at my local Cava location thus far. Food is always good, service is always good. This location often gets super packed, but the line goes pretty quickly and organized. Special shout out to Chris who's an absolute GEM! Always positive, kind and helpful! Wrote this review just to shout him out because he's really that great. He deserves a bonus!

  I visited this CAVA location in the evening and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and polite, but I want to give a special shout-out to Chris for his exceptional service. The food was delicious, and the house-made sauce had a unique, standout flavor. A definite 10/10. I will certainly be back
